Nonviolent Communication (NVC) is a communication process developed by clinical psychologist Marshall Rosenberg in the 1960s and 1970s based on the principles of nonviolence and humanistic psychology. It aims to increase empathic understanding and reduce conflict in everyday interactions. It foregrounds four componentsβobservation (distinguishing concrete observation from evaluation), feelings, fundamental needs,[1] and requestsβand encourages expressing observations and needs without judgment in order to foster voluntary cooperation.[2][3][4][5][6] Nonviolent Communication evolved from concepts used in person-centered therapy... Marshall Rosenberg's motivation for developing NVC was based on his own experiences at the Detroit race riot of 1943, as well as the antisemitism that he experienced in his early life. NVC's development was highly influenced by Carl Rogers' person-centered therapy, particularly the value of congruence, empathic listening, and realness https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nonviolent_Communication (more)

Robin Lopes: Startups like Lovable & Cursor leverage their teams as content machines. Thereβs a quiet social media hack that startups like Lovable and Cursor are using right now theyβre turning their ππ§ππ’π«π ππππ¦ π’π§ππ¨ ππ¨π§πππ§π π¦πππ‘π’π§ππ¬. Look at Lovable and Cursor. yes, the founders are visible but the real power move...? Theyβve surrounded themselves with operators who also have distribution. Growth. Product. Design. Dev education. Community.... What this creates: - Every hire becomes a media surface - Every post compounds trust - Demand comes from multiple corners of the internet - Distribution isnβt a channel anymore. Itβs a ππππ¦ π¬π©π¨π«π. The takeaway: Donβt just build a product. Donβt just build a personal brand. Build a ππππ¦ ππ‘ππ π¬π‘π’π©π¬ ππ§π π¬π©πππ€π¬.
